I am still have problems with the new Moxie I received about 3 weeks ago. I have tried for hours to get the tension right and have not been able to get it. I've tried everything I could by using the downloadable manual, you tube videos, ect. I've changed bobbin, changed needle, re-threaded it several times, changed to different thread, oiled the bobbin, and reviewed & redid…

putting in all the cords and hook ups.
Also I can only get it to work in Manual mode with a tension problem. The other two do not work. Precision will not go at all. Cruise only does 4 stitches and stops. I have read the manual and have tried to do exactly how they show. I see the little house turn on (green) but nothing will happens Precision.
When I watch the You Tube videos the Moxie sounds smoother running then mine, mines sounds kind of clunky.
I sent an email to Handi Quilter a week ago and they have not got back to me by phone or email either. I have also registered my Moxie on their website.
I had a long arm several years ago and have the general ideas of how to do this. I have done free motion quilting on my sewing machine for many years too. I feel I have the basic skills to run the Moxie but it's just not working for me.
No one has called me or emailed me back to assist with this issue.
